We had a really nice evening, but I always get provoked when it comes time to pay the bill. You can't pay until you enter how much tip to give; I want to pay. Either 5% or 10% or nothing. I want to decide for myself how much and whether I want to give a tip. In reality, tips should be included in the price; that has disappeared from both restaurants, taxis, and hairdressers.
