Lovely place, especially in the summer! Definitely worth a trip from the city.

A very nice place with great food and cocktails, and superb service. I had the ribeye steak, which was excellent. The bone marrow gravy on the side was outstanding, and the mashed potatoes were the best I’ve ever had – the combination of the two however oh my f* god!!

One of the best things about Sael is the pricing. £4.95 for a beer and £9 for a cocktail (as of December 2025) are prices I haven’t seen in a good restaurant in central London for a long long time. 👏

Åt lunch på Sperling idag. Vilket lyft från Tavernan. Superfint har de gjort. Riktigt nice med det stora öppna köket. Väldigt lyxig framtoning överlag, med vita dukar, välklädd och korrekt personal, fin inredning etc.

Rejäl köttmeny, ambitiösaste i stan efter AG skulle jag säga. På lunch dessutom.

Åt en biff, med pommes, bea och rödvinssås. Såserna var riktigt goda, men jag har ätit ännu bättre. Pommesen bland de bästa jag ätit.

Kostar därefter. Köttbitarna börjar runt 400 kr, helt utan tillbehör. Inget konstigt tycker jag, det är vad det måste kosta på den adressen, med den miljön, servicen och de råvarorna.

Edit apr 2026: Har varit här 2 ggr på middag och 1 gång på lunch nu (samtliga gånger bbq-konceptet). Älskar det! Så höjer betyget till full pott.

Äntligen får Stockholm ett Korean BBQ-ställe värt namnet!

Ballt ställe, skön atmosfär. Vi fick en superstjärna till servitris.

Gillar menykonceptet. Förrätter i koreanskt tema, sen tre olika Korean BBQ-serveringar att välja mellan (varav en veg). Vi tog signatur-varianten, som är med 230g kött per person inkl lite wagyu, 700 kr i skrivande stund (nov 2025). Den vanliga är med lite mindre kött och kostar lite mindre. Diverse olika klassiska tillbehör.

Vi tog råbiffen, dumplingsen och fried chicken till förrätt. På köttbrickan sen kom, förutom wagyu (😋), entrecote, tunt skuren brisket (bringa), marinerad top blade (otroligt god) och en marinerad iberico-karré. Riktigt gott och bra kött! Vi valde också till lite fläsksida som tillbehör. Bara för att testa, egentligen för mycket mat. Serverades med tre olika såser, varav den ena var supergod; de andra föll inte riktigt mig i smaken. Tillbehören har jag inte så mycket att säga om, då det var så mycket kött, vilket jag alltid prioriterar, så jag smakade knappt på dem. Men det var lite alla möjliga former av klassiska vegetariska tillbehör och ris.

Ville testa drinkarna, men körde bil.

Funderade på full pott direkt, men landar ändå i en fyra. Hade velat ha något mer på sås-fronten, typ någon asiatisk majonnäs (även om det kanske inte är det mest autentiska), samt att förrätterna inte nådde riktigt hela vägen (inget fel på dem dock!).

Kommer definitivt tillbaka!
