Expectations were high when we arrived at Toso. We were given a seating and a menu, but then the service disaster began! After a wait, we were able to order, and we decided on the sharing menu, but no one explained what to expect.
Dishes came at a reasonable pace, but the service got worse and worse. No one told us what we were eating, no one asked how it tasted or if we wanted more drinks. When we guessed that we had eaten the last dish, we had to ask if that was everything, and the waitress just said "yes" and took our plates. No one mentioned anything about dessert. When we inquired about whether dessert was included, the answer was simply "no," and the waitress walked away... seriously??
Incredibly disappointed with the service, indifferent waitstaff, the food was good but seemed to lack the "final touch." The steak tartare was a favorite. Stylish restaurant, but unfortunately the music was too loud, it felt like a nightclub as soon as you stepped through the door.
