Two other, rödingsashimi and torsktartar, was absolutely amazing, and I am no big fan of cod (it took on the recommendation). The fifth law was a steak tartare that was not ground but sliced into thin pieces and served with some sort of truffle sauce, a little pickled onions and little else. It was one of the tastiest dishes I've ever eaten and I hope they never take it off the menu.

I think it is extremely fun to places with such international touch and high standard opens in Gothenburg. Look forward to coming back!

Kan nog säga att detta är den godaste asian fusion jag ätit!

Vi var ett större gäng på 7 pers, varv två var vegetarianer. Vi alla tog en avsmakningsmeny där man fick testa det bästa köket hade att erbjuda. Vegetarianerna delade på en meny och vi andra en. Fantastiskt goda rätter! Min favorit var crispy rice med
tonfisk, rökt soja, chipotlecrème och sticklök. Testa den! Till efterrätt åt jag choklad fondant, den var god men inget speciellt direkt.

Jag tänkte för mig själv att det skulle vara en pretentiös, lite sämre rip off av Buddakan i New York, särskilt med tanke på bilderna.
Men herregud vad fel jag hade.

Vi var ett sällskap på åtta man som var vrålhungriga, blev väl omhändertagna från första stund med toppenservitris till vårt bord. Trots tre personer med svåra och jobbiga allergier lyckades hon lösa en avsmakningsmeny som eventuellt är den bästa asian fusion jag käkat i Sverige.
