Oak Bar

You'll find this little bar tucked away behind the reception at Profilhotels Hotel Opera. The bar combines traditional and modern elements and is inspired by Manhattan's classic bar scene, from the decor to the cocktail menu and the service.

Sip cocktails inspired by all four corners of the world in the cosmopolitan Oak Bar. Enjoy a glass of champagne or browse their exciting non-alcoholic mocktails. If you're peckish you can order some antipasto or perhaps a pizza, rustically served on a wooden board. The children's menu includes pasta, hamburgers and other classics.

As the name suggests, the walls and bar are clad in oak and the checked carpet and armchairs lend the room a classic, cosy hotel-bar feel. Sip on cocktails, enjoy a cold Danish beer or choose one of the creative mocktails. Bar snacks include smoked almonds and pizza rustically served on wooden boards. Despite its central location, just 300 metres from Gothenburg's Central railway station, going for a drink at the Oak Bar feels like entering a oasis of calm in the big city.
