Suber restaurant and wine bar focuses on a Scandinavian and French menu, along with the main event: quality wines and natural wines by the glass. The menu mainly features dishes with shellfish and fish in large and small formats. The restaurant is run by sisters Wilma and Klara Guldbrandsen.
At Suber, drinks, specifically wine, take centre stage, with a carefully composed and changing wine list that reflects the seasons and taste. The food menu is created to enhance the drinks and offers everything from shellfish such as oysters and scallops to slightly larger dishes such as steak tartare and moules frites. Ingredients are sourced from both sea and land in line with their ambition to serve good food to eat with the drinks, all in a relaxed atmosphere. The interior is also reminiscent of the West Coast theme, with blue interiors and paintings with marine elements everywhere. The drinks menu also includes signature cocktails and digestifs.
You're always welcome here, whether you just want to have a drink with a friend, sit down for a long lunch or come by for a nice wine dinner with someone you like. As well as food and drinks, Suber offers a lively atmosphere with regular events and activities.

Gick in av en slump, för jag hade tänkt gå Aschebergsgatan ned till något lämpligt matställe. Kom inte längre än hit, för dom hade en vegetarisk variant av Kroppkakor, som såg spännande ut. Liten chansning men det var superproffsigt tillagat och mycket välsmakande. Uppskattade också att man fick en brödbit före maten - det borde alla restauranger kunna tillhandahålla. Trevlig och serviceminded tjej som serverade.
