För det priset (110kr) hade jag gärna sett lite mer Bang for the buck, och hade även sluppit smöret och tahinin hummusen dränkts i, även om jag är den sista att säga att man kan få för mycket smör. Även olivoljan på babaganoushen blir överflödig och allt känns ganska ”flottigt”. Jag hade dessutom önskat att få rörorna till maten, men konceptet är att saker kommer in efter hand. Potatisen däremot var en höjdare, krispig, salt och härlig. Fisken blev kvällens höjdpunkt och kändes till skillnad från resten prisvärd (275kr). Helgrillad sea bream med någon grönsaksröra som bidrar med spännande smak. Sällskapet som tog rostade betor, lammspett och rökt kyckling är också nöjda över smakerna!
Barabicu har verkligen något, de är en bra bit på väg och har ett härligt koncept, men servicen måste verkligen steppa upp även om den blev snäppet vassare under kvällen när en ny servitris tog över.
