You'll find one of Gothenburg's largest restaurants, Botánico, at Aschebergsgatan 23. Guests are welcomed into an urban jungle full of Latin American and Asian flavours, cocktails and DJs in vibrant surroundings.
“Urban jungle dining”, is how Botánico describes its jungle-like concept in the heart of the city. The restaurant upstairs serves sharing menus and appetisers inspired by the best of Latin American and Asian cuisine, and you'll also find sushi with a tropical twist here. To accompany the fusion flavours, you can choose from a wine list with carefully selected wines. If you're craving a cocktail, you'll also find the luxurious cocktail bar in the middle of the restaurant where you can look out over the city, with a feeling of sitting among the treetops in a jungle.
If you want to delve into the depths of the rainforest, head to the jungle bar downstairs, where you can have a post-work sharpener, an aperitif or a late-night drink in vibrant surroundings. The drinks list includes everything from classic cocktails with a twist to Botanico's own creations and tropical flavours. Mingle amidst the greenery to the beat of the disco ball and the evening's DJ. You can also rent out the entire bar for larger groups.
For groups that want to sit separately, there's also a chambre séparée with space for 20 people.

Jag hade aldrig varit här innan då menyn inte tilltalat mig (rätt picky i mat och mycket allergier). Jag var skeptiskt till en början men wow! De var väldigt tillmötesgående kring mina allergier och löste det på bästa sätt . Allt vi åt i sällskapet var fantastiskt gott. Deras soft bun fläsksida får 6 av 5! Köttet bara smälte i munnen och den var verkligen himmelsk. Sparrisbroccolin. Tempura räkorna. Vi tog alla 3-4 rätter var och det var alldeles lagom (Delade på några). Drinkarna. Bemötande och service. 4 av 5 🌴

Alldeles för dyrt för smaklös mat och OTROLIGT små portioner. Fin inredning dock. Men går aldrig hit igen tyvärr.
