Brasserie X, inside the magnificent Quality Hotel The Weaver in Mölndal, is a modern restaurant and meeting place with French culinary influences. Locals and hotel guests alike can meet up here to eat, socialise and round off the day with a drink at the bar.

Light, airy premises, modern decor and homely elements give Brasserie X a warm, welcoming feel. The large hotel restaurant just south of the city is open for dinner, lunch and brunch. The menu revolves around French classics with a Nordic touch, made from local ingredients. Dishes are uncomplicated and full of flavour and there are plenty of vegetarian options. On weekdays you can also help yourself to the large lunch buffet and on Saturdays they lay out brunch, with everything from mussels to desserts.

Bar X, next to the dining room, serves a wide selection of drinks and bar food. The bar is open from afternoon until evening. On Fridays they have post-work drinks specials and surprises on the menu. A laid-back meeting place for anyone wanting to meet up after work or relax after a day out in the city.
