In a cosy space in Gamlestaden, Dubbelhakan serves up industrial romance and a family atmosphere. Neapolitan pizza is served straight from the wood-fired oven, along with innovative side dishes and wine from small-scale producers.
Pizza, baked according to Neapolitan tradition, takes centre stage on Dubbelhakan's menu. A couple of traditional variations are available, but they're usually topped with slightly more creative ingredients and innovative flavour combinations. Italian side dishes, which are also more creative than classic, as well as cheese and charcuterie, can also be found on the menu.
The wine list includes both fun natural wines and more traditional variations, always carefully chosen and from small-scale producers. The selection is lively and updated frequently, so there's always something new to discover even for regular guests. If you prefer to raise a toast with a beer or round off the meal with a digestif, that's also available.
Exposed brick walls, simple wooden furniture and various industrial elements create a cosy environment that works just as well for a date as a dinner with friends. During the summer months, you can also enjoy freshly baked pizza outside in the courtyard.
