Holy Cow Brgr's & Stuff

Its USA-influenced menu ensures Holy Cow is a big hit with adults and children alike. The restaurant has city-centre neighbourhood joint vibes and works just as well for families as hanging out with a group of pals. Every month a new burger makes a guest appearance, keeping things fresh for regulars. 

The restaurant's large windows bathe Holy Cow in natural light in the summer months, and the paraffin lamps on the tables create a cosy atmosphere. Burger fans meet up in the airy yet snugly decorated locale and enjoy everything from Fancy Cow with truffle mayo to Confused Cow chicken burgers. If you prefer a plant-based alternative, you'll find their No Cow burger on the menu along with the kitchen's homemade sauces and sides. Drinks-wise there's everything from cocktails and wine to beer, cider and non-alcoholic alternatives. And, naturally, decadent milkshakes in true American style.  

After several years travelling between different continents, the idea behind Holy Cow was born. Former air steward Marijan began his new career as a burger king, focusing on delivering a top-notch experience to his guests in the form of hamburgers and sides such as French fries and fried cheese. Toppings such as melted cheese, bacon and jalapeños add to the American experience.

With Scandinavian's largest amusement park right next door, the restaurant is a perfect pit stop before or after a day on the rides. During the summer months, Holy Cow's outdoor dining area has views over Liseberg, just a short walk from Korsvägen.
