Tillsammans med brodern Anthony Tolentino driver Ana-Gema Tolentino La Fonda Mexicana. Duon kommer ursprungligen från Mexiko och menyn bygger på traditionell mexikansk matlagning med inspirationen hämtad från deras mormor och farmor.

Restaurangen har endast öppet för lunch samt ”almuerzo” – en kombination av frukost och lunch. Du som vill starta dagen både färg- och kryddstarkt kan med fördel botanisera bland rätter som ”Lomo Enchilado” och ”Frijoles charros”.
