Korean-Mexican fusion food, a.k.a. KoMex, is big in LA and Seoul - and now in Gothenburg. Market takes the streetfood tradition to the next level. In lively surroundings, guests share small dishes such as tacos and steamed buns, as well as completely new fusion innovations. The bar is international too, with drinks from Japan and Mexico, among other countries.

Unpolished concrete, graffiti, posters and pot plants make Market feel like a bustling marketplace in Latin America or Asia. The lounge area resembles an outdoor serving area on a warm, sunny street, and streetfood is the order of the day, both food and vibe-wise.

The menu is best described as KoMex - a combination of Korean and Mexican cuisine. You'll find Latin American classics such as tacos and ceviche, as well as Korean kimchi and spicy papaya salad, but also innovative fusion dishes - such as Market's popular tempura-fried avocado fries.

As we all know, sharing is caring. At Market most dishes are shared with your table and food appears when it's ready. For larger parties, there are two set menus to choose from and lunch is also served.

Drinks-wise, influences also come from Asia and Latin America. The selection of wines, beers and spirits is extensive and includes exciting imports from Japan, Mexico and Chile, as well as local microbreweries.
