Mestiza serves wine and international appetisers with influences from the owner's own childhood and from travels around the world. Rustic wooden furniture and patterned rugs co-exist in a cosy mix in this restaurant at Skanstorget 10,. 

Right next to Skansen Kronan is Mestiza, a small restaurant where Mariuxi Ingber Robles has composed small plates with international flavours in her own unique way. Influences come from her childhood and travels in different parts of the world, not least the countries around the Mediterranean. Fill the table with continental appetisers such as chestnut hummus, burrata and halibut crudo, and round off with a dessert such as Basque cheesecake. The menu is on the smaller size and consists of a selection of dishes. There's also an emphasis on wine and exciting bottles are brought in at regular intervals. From time to time, wine evenings with food and biodynamic wines are arranged. 

The decor also boasts a mix of influences, with wooden tables, rugs, rattan lamps and shelves filled with wine bottles in a homely way. Sit at the bar or fill an entire table with dishes and wine. Mestiza is a restaurant for groups who want to eat, drink and talk, and you can come here for dinner or a post-work drink. In the summer there's also a small outdoor terrace to sit on.
