Their dream was to open a restaurant serving authentic flavours made from genuine ingredients, with no compromises. Top-quality produce is the name of the game here, with meat from carefully selected butchers in Lombardy, cheese directly imported from Sardinia and truffles from Alba in Piemonte and Tuscany.
