Tokyo 88 specialises in Japanese cuisine, in particular ramen, warming noodle soup with various toppings. If you'd rather eat something else there are also Japanese hot dishes, various kinds of sushi and small plates on the menu. Their ramen is made from scratch from top-quality ingredients with their own broth, noodles and toppings that tie the flavours together.

Choose a bowl of ramen from their set menu or compose your own with your own choice of stock, protein, noodles, and spiciness. If you order sushi it will come served on a radio-controlled train, which stops at your table. Wash down your meal with a glass of wine or a Japanese beer.

The narrow restaurant opposite the cathedral and shopping streets in central Gothenburg gives off railway station vibes with its large window. Red velvet sofas and wall hangings combine with raw concrete walls, industrial-style lamps and a large wall mural. Tokyo 88 is open from lunchtime until late dinner time and also offers take away.
