At Zenviet, flavours from Southeast Asia meet in the middle of Gothenburg. Experience a delicious combination of Japanese sushi, fresh poke bowls and traditional Vietnamese dishes such as phở and bún. A quick lunch, a warming bowl of food or colourful sushi – Zenviet serves up fresh ingredients and a large dose of love in every dish.
The atmosphere at Zenviet is almost as important as the food. The owner is convinced that good food not only fills the stomach but also brings peace to the soul. Hence the name, which is a nod to “zen” and reflects the restaurant's desire to create a place where guests can enjoy their food in peace and quiet. Part of this is also the cosy interior, dark blue walls and ceiling, subdued lighting and simple, light wooden furniture.
The restaurant offers three menus, one Japanese and one Vietnamese, as well as a menu with favourite dishes from other parts of Asia. The Japanese menu includes nigiri, maki, sashimi, sushi burritos and poké bowls, while the Vietnamese menu includes dishes such as pho noodle soup, crispy spring rolls and bún noodle salads. Dishes such as edamame, fried chicken, tataki and other snacks are also served. Combine your meal with wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks.
Zenviet offers both lunch and dinner with Asian flavours. Eat in the restaurant or take your food with you as a takeaway. In the summer months, you can enjoy your food on the outdoor terrace next to Odinsplatsen.
