From 17–28 July, Citizens of Soil is launching the Olive Oil Clubhouse in Notting Hill, the UK's first olive oil bar. Part shop, part tasting room, part hangout spot, this pop-up is set to change the way you think about extra virgin olive oil.

Expect daily olive oil flights (12pm–5pm), where you can sample three different oils paired with bites to bring out their best taste. There's a shop (10am–6pm) filled to the brim with small-batch bottles, including a limited-edition collaboration with artist Hal Haines from Sicily.

Soft-serve fans should swing by on 19 or 20 July (11am–6pm) for Happy Endings ice cream drizzled with EVOO (extra-virgin olive oil – if you know, you know). And for those who love a sundowner, golden hour cocktails are for you (17 and 24 July, 6pm–8pm), where London's very best bartenders will be shaking up olive oil-infused drinks, with a little something on the house.

Think of it as an aperitivo hour with an olive oil twist.
