The relaunch of Counter 71, a chef's table eatery in Shoreditch, Appalachia has uprooted its British foundations and hopped across the pond. The refurbished restaurant offers contemporary riffs on the multi-heritage cuisine of the American highlands. Serving up to 16 people each night, seated around the central green marble counter, the upmarket restaurant is accompanied by Lowcountry, a Southern-inspired cocktail bar in the cellar.
