Modern Sri Lanka meets Soho at this stylish restaurant on buzzy Frifth Street. The egg hoppers are a Sri Lankan staple and are especially good when used to dunk in the black pork curry. The star of the show is the bone marrow though: two halved coconut-flavoured logs served with warm roti. If you don’t have a booking, be prepared to spend a little time queuing. It’s well worth the wait.
