Igni

Rising from the ashes of Humo, Igni has retained much of the latter's burnished bronze interior and affinity for flame-led cooking, but added new fuel to the fire with the help of new head chef Theo Clench, who previously led Cycene to its first Michelin star. Such accolades are the goal here as well, with Clench in charge of multiple-course tasting menus highlighting premium seafood and refined culinary craft.
