When he explained that he had bandages and could not take off his hat, the staff had to go to the manager several times to keep his headdress...? I have been many times at other cartier stores in France and never felt diminished in this way. He still left the watch on service but I can tell you that this is the first and last time any of us set foot here. Going forward, I will shop in Nice where they know how to treat their customers.
