Its for white people only or a black person can only enter if they are accompanied by a white person. Hopefully the manager can take his staff for hospitality training and also the marketing team should provide clear instructions on how people can get on the guests list because Stockholm is a tourist city not everyone even knows guest list exists and not everyone is on social media, thats not a professional platform to quality who comes to your place and besides always expect walk in customers if you are open for business.
