Warning!!! I got married on August 18, 2018, made an appointment for the hair set for bride. That was disastrous, not even close to what I wanted and it didn't even last for 1 hour. And everything was solved right from the start. Worst and worst experience for me especially on my wedding day.
I might add that I had then already since before in connection with the booking received from the hairdresser / stylist that I do not need to book samples and that they can cope with this set, which is a slightly higher-set horse image with curls).
Can be added that me and my friend had to say again and again if she should not put in things that set the hairstyle then she did not put anything in before we asked and told
Time passed and the "haircut" wasn't even ready. She claimed that I had booked for a short time, the comic is that they had made mistakes when they booked me from 90 minutes to 60 minutes after change, when I noticed that on the booking confirmation there was a different service than the wedding hair set.
So that time passed over my makeup time at mac 40 min of 90 minutes!!!! Luckily I had already gone to a test since before and the makeup artist was / is super talented so that she had time to make up me beautifully on the time that was left of my booked time.
We then went back to the salon( Valencia) when I was so amazingly sad and just wanted to cry for the hair when even hairpins kept on going down even! Me and my friend said I want someone else to fix my haircut. Then the owner says that there is no one else who can fix it now, I explained that I really don't want to get my hair styled again by the same. The owner is so amazingly rude and in a cocky way she says that in all her years in the industry she has never experienced such things. Her whole way of talking to us , even though she saw how my hair had been handled, was so amazingly unpleasant and then talking just like we are back to "lure us" back the money that is 1000 KR. As if I were going to do it and especially on my wedding day!! In the end, the owner of the stylist says if she is willing to give back 500 SEK. I am surprised at the owner's treatment despite her "many years in the industry".
Getting so just thinking about this and the whole experience. Zero sense of customer service and so unprofessional!
Unfortunately, it was difficult to get hold of any other stylist the same day when we called around in other salons. But I had and have luck that has such a nice and youwar friend who came home and fixed my hair (from scratch yes!). Although she has a small child who needs to be taken his about!!
Never again salon Valenicia!!! For those of you who are going to fix your hair, especially the bridal set make sure to choose a good salon alternatively do a test set if you choose salon Valenica, even if they say it is not needed.
