What an amazing service! I bought a product through their webshop. Then emailed them about when they thought the product would be shipped because I wanted to get the product before my trip. Then one of the girls calls me up and gives several options on how I want to do to get the product on time. She also suggests that it can be sent to the place I am going to travel to. She is also friendly and informs me that it costs 250 SEK for me if I do not pick up my package within 2 weeks, just so that I know. A few minutes after our phone call, the package is on its way.
My first impression of the salon is that they go above and beyond to help me as a customer in the best way. Super service! I will be booking my first treatment at the salon as soon as possible! :)
