After reading an article about DaySpa (think it was in ELLE) I wanted me a gift of a relative. I chose the facial treatment "Fuktbomb" that would last for 60 min. Because their concept is that the customer pays for a certain period of time independent treatment so I was surprised that I had to wait for 10 min and thus only be treated in 50 min even though I paid for 60 min; the result was ok, but not the top. Because I had the money remaining on the gift card, I went back to get pedicures. The poor girl who performed the treatment had to sit on a small stool behind a high bar. It felt humiliating, and I could not enjoy pedikyren which also lasted 10 minutes shorter than what I had paid for. The quality of manipulation was not on.
When I had to pay was a very upset woman before me in the queue. She had also not been enjoying the all their minutes and not received requests for who would administer treatment. The two guys in the cashier responds that she certainly did not need to come back and that they have customers so that it is enough. I agreed with ang. minutes and one of the guys at the counter says he'll return by telephone. Of course, he hears NOT off. I still feel cheated.
A few months later my mom massages at DaySpa of an amazing masseur. She would immediately book the next visit with the same masseur but don't get it because all the masseurs at DaySpa apparently massages the same. The hospitality of the guy at the box office almost makes that she feels close to tears after visiting DaySpa. What seems incredibly sad because it was I who gave her the gift card before I knew how they treat their customers and do not keep their promises (that is, the number of minutes you pay for etc).
