Totally disgusting customer service! Live in the same block as Dayspa and have made treatments a few times, but most of all purchased several gift certificates for family and friends, but I have done for the last time now after my last visit there ... Initially, it was a lot of hassle with booking, they found it difficult to administer both by email and phone and booked on two times, which meant I had to reschedule my other schedule for visiting day, even two times ... Then when I would pay for the treatment, we found that the gift card I'd use expired a few days earlier was on the uninvolved receptionist (think his name was Tobias) said it was just to throw then and pay instead. Given that it's been some problems with the booking, I suggested that maybe I could get using my gift card anyway ... And then he said repeatedly, without looking at me, that it has not been a hassle and that "everything has been very good" in. .. (Feel that we as customers who determines whether a service delivered very good or not). And it is unacceptable that he indirectly ignored me and just seemed like I removed me as soon as possible after the new this entry was made. He made some other unnecessary comments on it were not so expensive and so on. Felt clearly dismayed after the visit and I recommend no one to go there. Incredibly risky as popular place to treat customers with such total lack of service, can, unfortunately, be the beginning of a downward spiral for them I think, especially now that I've seen reviews from lots of other customers who suffered the same tragedy. Other shortcomings that are worth mentioning is that they usually cut readings by about 10 minutes, 5 minutes at the beginning and 5 min at the end. And that they always try to peddle as much as possible such as side orders. "oil for your massage-80kr" or "tap water-20 SEK.".. Almost ashamed that I for years sent my loved ones through gift certificates and recommendations. Really hope that they, like me, had to walk away with a lump in his stomach:(
