One of my worst restaurant visits, unpleasant staff and terrible service. We were a group of 8 people who had booked a table, came in to an incredibly nice environment and were seated at our table. We get to order drinks pretty quickly which was nice and also order the food pretty soon after, then it took a while before we got the starter and also took a very long time between the dishes. The starters were divine but the main courses were miserable. We were two in the party who ordered pepper steak with haricots verts wrapped in bacon, when we get the food this is not included, we tell them about this and it will be fixed, when we have eaten half the meal haricots verts come out, you have then taken frozen haricots verts and spun in bacon and put in a warming cabinet, Which made the haricots vertsen dry and the bacon completely gray, completely inedible, tells us about this and that we want the haricots vertsen cooked, when we have finished the meal it comes in again, exactly the same as before only that you have now fried it a little. Haricots vertsen was now dry and burnt and could crumble. Scandal! And now for the meat, the meat had a good texture but didn't look so nice, the meat was gray and not red, probably because you prepped the meat several days earlier and left them in the prep and then the meat has been oxidized. Terribly! And finally, we didn't get to pay at the table but had to go to the entrance to pay, after a bit of ifs and buts we get a little deduction because of the hassle with the pepper steak. But when one of the party chooses to round up SEK 1 in order to pay an even figure, the head waiter gets angry and says that it is humiliating. Really bad service! No one in our company will ever go here again and I hope for everyone else's sake that no one else does this either, there are many other better places in the same class but with good food and nice staff.
