At Activate in Nordstan, you enter a world full of interactive games where you yourself become part of the game. Run, jump, react and compete in teams of 2-5 people, either together or against each other. With nine rooms and over 600 games, there's plenty to explore.
Activate Games has branches all over the world and came to Nordstan in the spring of 2026. According to them, the concept is the world's first interactive gaming facility where you yourself become a player. In other words, it is a completely new way to play. Step into an interactive gaming facility where you and your friends move from challenge to challenge and get to jump, climb and solve problems along the way. The game rooms are dynamic with interactive technology that creates a fast-paced adventure.
Activate has games for all tastes, whether you want to climb, solve puzzles or avoid lasers. In the game rooms, you get to test both your physical and mental agility. You can try out a version of “the floor is lava” and run around a grid of glowing tiles, show off your technicolour basketball skills, or enter another dimension where it's just you, the team, and a ball. Choose one or more rooms, each with multiple high-tech games and difficulty levels to choose from. Compete, improve your skills, and climb the ranks.
The gaming time is 60 minutes and when you play you get “coins”. Your points and level are saved in a personal profile which is connected to a bracelet you wear when you're playing.
