This year, Cuckoo's Nest is skipping the traditional Christmas buffet and will instead be serving a three-course menu featuring the flavours of Christmas. Merchant John Hall had a summer residence built for his family at the end of the 18th century, which became the grand Gunnebo Castle in Mölndal.
