You'll find this exclusive bistro within the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel serving international dishes along with the very best of the West Coast. Eat healthy, organic classic and contemporary dishes in an elegant atmosphere.
Its central location makes Atrium an ideal meeting place for international hotel guests and Gothenburgers alike. On weekdays, the restaurant serves a lunch buffet with a focus on traditional Swedish dishes, as well as selected dishes from the bar's classic menu, which is also available at dinner time. Naturally, the menu includes a prawn sandwich, in true West Coast style. In the evenings they change over to an à la carte menu, which includes both Swedish and southern European flavours.
On weekends they lay out a generous brunch buffet filled with savoury and sweet treats from all over the world. For birthdays, private dinners and other special occasions, Atrium has both smaller chambres séparées and large areas for up to 1000 guests.
