From failed attempts at home with over-proved dough, to Bar Minimal. The euphoric feeling created when their first steaming hot pizza slid off the pizza spade onto the plate is something they aim to repeat with every pizza for every guest who visits Bar Minimal.

Flavours include Västerbotten cheese, stracciatella and fennel, to name just a few. Ingredients and other carefully selected produce are the top priorty here. Flour comes from Varberg and Limabacka mills and the creamy Fior di latte cheese they use on their pizzas comes from Hudiksvall's Fagersta Dairy.

Flavours and inspiration for pizza depend on what the chefs feel like that day, so don't be surprised if the menu changes suddenly. To quote the restaurant's owners "what the body needs and wants changes with the seasons and so does our menu, although perhaps a little quicker."
