A lively meeting place with a Mediterranean feel
In the heart of Vasastan, you'll find a colourful slice of Southern Europe that invites you to lunch, dinner, and late drinks at the bar with generous opening hours. Brasserie Voyage draws inspiration from the Mediterranean countries and puts its own, elegant twist on it all.
In May 2025, the gang behind Botánico and Magic Flamingo opened the doors to Brasserie Voyage, and it wasn't long before the new restaurant was embraced by Gothenburg's foodies. Guests are greeted by a mix of warm colours and materials such as marble, brass, and velvet, which together create a thoughtful and elegant whole. The Mediterranean feel is further enhanced by Greek sculptures and an outdoor seating area in French bistro style.
The menu takes its cue from France and Italy, with elements from Greece and Spain. The meal might begin with a couple of oysters or some cheese and charcuterie, before it's time for classic main courses such as pasta, seafood, and grilled meat - often in a modern format. Sweet dishes are also on the menu, including Voyage's signature dessert, a pistachio-flavoured tiramisu. Set menus are offered for both lunch and dinner, which can be complemented with wine packages.
The restaurant also houses a bar serving both classic cocktails and Voyage's own creative variations. Have a drink before your meal, or spend the entire evening in a wonderfully lively atmosphere.
