Food and music always make for a winning combination, and that's certainly the case at Husette Kök & Kultur. Part of the Konstepidemin artist collective, the restaurant oozes culture and creativity. 

If you're looking for both a culinary and cultural experience, from post-work drinks with DJs to jazz lunches or dinner combined with a visit to Konstepidemin's gallery, Husette is the place to go. The pared-back surroundings make for a relaxing spot to hang out in this cultural mecca in central Gothenburg. The venue also has a sunny terrace for summery days.  

Culinary inspiration comes from food cultures all over the world, and they aim to use local produce from Västra Götaland wherever possible. Dishes come in both smaller and larger format, and several of them are vegetarian. If you want to try a little of everything, the kitchen has put together a menu with its four favourite dishes. If you prefer a slightly more traditional format they also offer a three-course concert menu. Naturally, you can also pick and choose your own favourite dishes, or simply tuck into one of their seasonal flatbread pizzas. Don't forget to round off your meal with something sweet from the dessert menu. 

At lunchtime you can choose from favourites on the set menu and a weekly fish, meat or veggie dish. They also offer a three course luxury lunch, perfect for special occasions.   

The team here are equally interested in drinks, and the carefully selected drinks list includes plenty of natural wines, as well as a range of locally produced beers.
