An inspiring place for food, art and music 

In the architect-designed Kasper Salin building, which is an extension of the historic Merkurhuset, is Nomi, which consists of two restaurants, Aji and Révolte. There's also a bar that brightens up the evenings with DJs and music events, as well as a gallery where both local and international creators get a platform.

Inside Nomi's premises, guests are greeted by a thoughtful mix of colourful walls, Asian interiors details and more pared-down elements that create a thoughtful and personal whole. The aim is to offer a creative place where food, art and music meet.

Aji is a Nikkei restaurant where flavours from Japan, Brazil and Peru are combined into exciting dishes in both larger and smaller formats. The menu varies almost daily according to the availability of raw materials from Swedish producers. Révolte's menu also changes regularly - the restaurant doesn't have a fixed concept, but is controlled by guest chefs from all over the world who put their own stamp on the kitchen. A number of Japanese izakaya dishes are also always available. You can also visit Nomi for lunch and brunch, or by all means have a drink in Bar Nomi, which also hosts events.

Nomi also houses Galleri Résistance, an art gallery where local and international artists can meet, collaborate and be inspired. Thanks to the moveable walls, the gallery can be adapted not only for exhibitions but also for various types of events, launches, workshops and tastings for 3-300 people.  

Nomi can also be hired for catering for parties and cooking workshops.
