Nomi is housed in an architect-designed Kasper Salin building, an extension of the historic Merkurhuset building. Nomi consists of two restaurants, Aji and Révolte. The former serves Nikkei cuisine and the latter will have guest appearances with a new guest chef every month. There's even a bar with DJs and music events and a gallery that gives both local and international creators a platform for their work.
