Edit Ramen-Ya

As one of the city's first restaurants to specialise in the Japanese noodle soup, ramen, Ramen Ya has a reputation for being both authentic and reasonably priced. Drop by to experience carefully composed dishes, in vegetarian, vegan and meat variations.

Everything from the umami-rich soup bases to their noodles, pickled eggs and kimchi are made on site from scratch. Don't miss their selection of Japanese rice wine, sake, preferably drunk warm with your meal. During the darker months, the restaurant's cosy, rustic decor draws in the crowds while in summer, the glassed-in outdoor serving area with views over Slottskogen is the place to be.

Jag blir tyvärr alltid besviken när jag varit på Ramen-ya.
Det är något som saknas i smaken på buljongen. En skål Ramen skall vara himmelsk och här är den tyvärr bara helt ok.
