The Sea, The Sea in Haggerston is well-established as a top dining destination for London's seafood fans. With just 14 seats and a chef's table arrangement, this on-trend restaurant has an exclusive air. If you've had trouble making a booking here there's good news on the horizon – in a bid to be more inclusive, the restaurant is launching additional sittings and a more affordable tasting menu.

From 5th September diners will be able to sample a reduced version of the tasting menu with eight courses instead of 12 and priced at £95 rather than £150. The cuisine is seafood-focused with a particular emphasis on raw and dry-aged fish. The new menu is in response to rising costs and should help the restaurant appeal to a wider pool of customers.

Not only that, but later in the year The Sea, The Sea plans to introduce two sittings per night to allow even more customers to check out the innovative dishes on offer here. The restaurant hasn't yet announced a date for when this will be happening but the extra sittings should be starting before 2023 is over.
