If you want to sip on beer with unparalleled views of London's epic skyline, head to Alexandra Palace, where they've re-opened their beer garden, ready for al fresco drinks in the summer sunshine.

This huge beer garden opened in 2020 and covers a whopping 1,500 square meters, making it one of London's biggest beer gardens. They serve everything from cocktails to craft beers, with a side of panoramic city skyline views. It's free to enter, and thanks to the number of seats, you don't need to book before turning up.

As for food, they serve stone-fired Neapolitan pizzas all through the week, and vendors pitch up to serve tasty street food on the weekends. There's ice cream from Ice Cream Cab to cool you from the summer heat and traditional Cornish pasties from Pasty Wagon.

They host regular events, with the first big bash of the summer being the Royal Coronation celebrations. Get down early to make sure you bag a seat.
