This internationally renowned and current #30 on The World's 50 Best Bars list, Swift Soho, has launched a brand new Postcards From Swift menu.
You'll find a whopping 20 drinks on the menu, all of which celebrate the power of good-quality cocktails and are inspired by the team's personal memories. "We wanted to create a drinks list from the heart, something completely personal to us," says co-founder Bobby Hiddleston, "So we came together, and each shared our most vivid memories from around the world."
The new menu aims to transport guests to their favourite places all around the world, from the streets of Singapore to the remote mountains of Scotland. All of the drinks have a story behind them, but a couple of highlights include The Casablanca, made with Del Maguey Vida mezcal, mango, kummel, lemon and Peychaud's bitters, created to evoke the sights and sounds you experience when wandering around vibrant souks in Morocco, and The Silhouette, made with Clos Martin 8 Year Old Armagnac, Cocchi vermouth di Torino, Amaro Averna, Fig and Angostura bitters, inspired by sunkissed holidays to the Adriatic coast.
The menu also features some of their old-time favourites, such as the legendary Irish Coffee, Shanghaied, White Water, Imperial Gimlet and Praline Flip. Each drink is also accompanied by original art from Helena Bonastre, an illustrator and animator based in Madrid who is inspired by ideas and imagery from the team to create street scenes that further connect the drinker with the place the cocktail aims to send them to.
