Crafted by Chef Damian from City, the winning entry in Blacklock's annual 'Battle of the Christmas Bun' competition, this unique burger features a Camembert-stuffed pork patty with pulled turkey in gravy, spiced cranberry ketchup, and crispy-smoked streaky bacon, all squished between a brioche bun.
The carefully selected ingredients, including produce from the renowned Cornish butcher and grazier Philip Warren, a favourite of founder Gordon Ker, ensure a mouth-watering masterpiece that captures the finest festive flavours.
