If you're a fan of tapas then soon there will be a new spot in Fitzrovia for you to explore. Family-run eatery Broken Eggs is launching its first physical location in the area in June. The brand was initially launched from a dark kitchen in central London, and after successfully testing the concept it's now time to open a full restaurant.

As the name implies, the focus at Broken Eggs is on authentic Spanish tortillas with a variety of tempting fillings. As well as the classic with potatoes and onion, there will be options like jamon, chorizo, courgette, and indulgent black truffle, with plenty to satisfy vegetarian diners as well as meat-eaters. Other plates like refreshing salads and cheese and charcuterie platters will also be available to pair with the tortillas.

The goal of the restaurant is to bring some of Spain's dining culture to the capital. The restaurant wants its food to encourage sharing and connection and to be a celebration of home cooking. Broken Eggs will launch in Foley Street sometime in June but full details are yet to be released.
