Byron has just announced its brand spanking new burger, and it's sure to send your tastebuds into a frenzy. The new burger takes inspiration from the fragrant flavours of Korea; slathered in tangy Gochubang sauce, the Korean Gochubang Burger is bringing a taste of Asia to the streets of London.

Buttermilk fried chicken is doused in the sweet and spicy sauce and topped with creamy homemade coleslaw, zingy pickles and Korean-inspired mayonnaise between a fluffy bun. It’s always served with a pot of marinated cucumber on the side to fit with the practice of traditional Korean barchan - side dishes that enhance the flavour of your main dish, that are usually fermented or pickled. Wash yours down with a sake-inspired Yokai beer, umami and spiced pale ale from The Wild Beer Co.
