Discover Ginjo sake with Japan Centre

Japanese food lovers who are keen to learn more about sake can join a masterclass on 20th October, taking place at Japan Centre Ichiba in Westfield White City. This exciting hour-long session immerses participants in the world of Ginjo sake, brewed sake created with dedicated craftsmanship.

At Japan Centre's Sake & Oyster Bar, you'll get to try out three types of Ginjo sake, paired with tasty Japanese rice crackers. The store's resident Sake Sommelier, Hiroshi Kumagami, will explain everything you need to know throughout the session.
