East London’s toilet nightclub is making a comeback

Many of us have ended up dancing around the toilet of a pub or club at one point but if that’s secretly your favourite bit of a night out you’re going to love the new club opening in Shoreditch. Warmer Room is housed in a converted Victorian public toilet, with black and white tiles on the floor and a ceiling that forms part of the pavement grating above ground on Commercial Street.

The venue was previously open from 2006 until 2012 under the name Public Life. Licensing issues meant that the club was forced to close but ten years later it’s back with a bang. With a capacity of just 80 people and club nights running once a month, this one is likely to become a sought-after destination.

The first night will run on 4th November, headlined by Leo Pol. As you might expect because of its tiny size, this night is already sold out, but keep your eyes peeled for future events. Whenever you manage to get a ticket, you can expect eclectic music and a unique environment for dancing.
