Edit is a vegetable-focused sustainable and low-waste restaurant that's focused on cooking with seasonal produce from small-scale farmers and foragers. For one Sunday only (or so they say), they're bringing back their legendary Sunday roast as a pop-up.
The roast is 100% plant-based and made with the finest seasonal ingredients. There are two options to choose from with all the best bits of a roast included: crispy roast potatoes, seasonal veggies, gravy and even vegan Yorkshire puds.
The event is a pre-sale only, so you have to book tickets in advance if you want to secure a spot.
