On Saturday 23rd September, F. Cooke, London's oldest family-run pie and mash shop, will return to their Broadway Market house to serve up traditional pie, mash and liquor for the first time since closing the doors in 2019.

The pie and mash legends will make a triumphant comeback to their former Hackney home, serving their beloved traditional pie, mash, and liquor in the very space they served it from 1947 to 2019. This special pop-up event is hosted by Cubitts, the modern spectacle maker that now occupies the Grade II listed building. Cubitts has paid homage to F. Cooke's 120-year heritage by preserving the original signage, food counter, and dining benches, maintaining the building's traditional charm.

From 11am onwards, locals and passers-by can enjoy the family-owned recipes (cash only) while browsing Cubitts' stunning spectacle collection, creating a unique fusion of pies and eyewear.

Head to F. Cooke x Cubitts Pop-Up on Saturday, September 23rd from 11am - 5pm.
