Formula 1 is returning to Las Vegas for the first time in more than 40 decades, and it's planning a spectacle for the ages. Fans of the motorsport can attend a watch party at the high-tech social gaming venue F1 Arcade in The City on 19 November.
For its grand return to Sin City, Formula 1 is pulling out all the stops and going all, well, Vegas in an attempt to raise the sport's popularity in the US. The night-time race will take place on a 3.8-mile circuit along the city streets, including a spectacular run down the famed Las Vegas Strip, lined by glittering casinos.
Even though this year's championship has already been won by Red Bull Racing's Max Verstappen, the spectacular setting of the race promises a whole new level of excitement and is arguably the most important in this year's season, at least as far as the future of the motorsport is concerned.
Grand Prix Las Vegas is certainly not one to be missed, and to that end, London's social gaming venue F1 Arcade will be hosting a watch party on Sunday morning – due to the time difference, it's lights out at 6am, with doors open an hour before. General admission tickets to the event include live entertainment in the venue, as well as unlimited racing on F1 Arcade's high-tech sims before and during the Grand Prix.
