As is fast becoming tradition, House of Holi, the paint-splattering celebration of the Hindu festival of love, is returning to the award-winning Cinnamon Kitchen in the City for the sixth year in a row.

Holi is an ancient Hindu festival that paints the town red, blue, yellow and all the other colours of the rainbow in a celebration of love, colour and spring. In the beginning of March, the City branch of renowned chef Vivek Singh's Cinnamon Kitchen will again host the House of Holi, a purpose-built party pod where you can don a protective white suit and pelt your companions with powdered paint.

There are several slots for the fun activity each day, lasting half an hour each, as well as different tickets to choose from. Basic entry to the House of Holi costs £25 and includes a cocktail at the Cinnamon Kitchen, but for a truly special time, you can go for the £60 option that also includes a special sit-down Holi feast at the restaurant. Children under 12 play for free, but need to be accompanied by an adult.

House of Holi will run outside Cinnamon Kitchen in the City on Sunday, March 5, and from March 8 to 12. You can buy tickets here.
