Do you like pancakes or do you really REALLY love pancakes? If you answered the latter, you need to get yourself down to The Breakfast Club on Pancake Day (21st February). The team are bringing back their 12 Pancakes in 12 Minutes challenge, which is pretty self-explanatory. If you can get a stack of 12 pancakes down your neck in 12 minutes then the food is free and you'll be rewarded with a Willy Wonka bar that could lead to even more awesome prizes. It costs £20 to enter but if you don't succeed you can be happy knowing that the money goes towards The Breakfast Club's Good Day Get-Together charity.
If you do succeed in winning a Willy Wonka bar you'd better open it quick. There are five chances to win a Golden Ticket that'll give you free food at The Breakfast Club for an entire year. That's not the only Willy Wonka magic coming to the restaurant for Pancake Day – two decadent new pancake combos are on the menu between 16th and 28th February. Choose the Violet Cheesecake Beauregarde loaded up with blueberry compote, vanilla cheesecake filling, and fluffy candy floss. Alternatively, you can try the Cherry Chocolate Scrumdidilyumptious with sour cherry compote, hot chocolate ganache, and a big chocolate bomb.
Both the new pancakes and the challenge are available at all of The Breakfast Club's locations but the challenge is only available for one day so get booking.
