Whenever Fitzrovia wine bar and open kitchen Carousel announces a new kitchen residency, it's sure to turn a few heads. This time isn't any different, with must-visit Hong Kong restaurant Ho Lee Fook taking over the kitchen from late July to early August.

Helmed by experienced chef ArChan Chan, Ho Lee Fook is a vibrant, award-winning showcase for everything Cantonese cooking could and should be. Taking timeless staples such as salt and pepper tofu or prawn toast and updating them for modern times, Chan has composed a ten-course tasting menu that will be available at Carousel from 27 July to 6 August. During the ten-day residency, you'll be able to feast on the likes of lobster toast with Red Dragon mayonnaise and shaved cabbage, wagyu beef short rib with crispy potato and honey & pepper sauce, and French toast with molten salted egg yolk, smoked maple syrup, toasted coconut, and coconut sorbet.

If that sounds to your liking, best head over to the Carousel website and book your spot.
